We welcomed chef Nikola Simeonov to our farm! Together with our team, one of the most popular chefs in Bulgaria dived into the world of Bulgarea cheese, yellow cheese and yogurt production. And since he already knew our products well, he was curious to find out step by step how they are produced. Our technologist told him how we make the yogurt, how we curdle the cheese and how the cheese ripens to have that divine traditional taste.
Chef Nikola even decided to get involved in part of the production process.
Finally, inspired by what he saw, he cooked Panagyurski eggs with the fresh produce of the Bulgarians and farm hens' eggs. Thus ended his culinary adventure with us. For more - see in recipes.
