Cut the cheese in two big slices. Put them in a pan or each in individual pan suitable for baking and serving.
Sprinkle each of the plates with the walnuts.
Pour the honey and sprinkle with dried basil.
Cook on the upper grill at 160°C (320°F) for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, optional.
Serve it immediately, directly in the container in which it was prepared - or in a shallow plate, poured with sauce from the cooking.
Consume while it is still warm for ultimate delight.
