Bulgarea yogurt is made according to the Bulgarian State Standard (BDS), with live Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, which determine the authentic, balanced taste.
It containes Bulgarian cow's milk and Bulgarian strater culture, following a traditional, established recipe.
